• One account per person unless authorized for business use

4. Subscription and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• You can cancel at any time; service continues until the billing period ends
• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

• The AI's knowledge has limitations and cutoff dates

• You retain rights to content you create
• You grant us license to process your content to provide the service

8. Limitation of Liability

Buvi is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
